There are a number of cliches around wicket-keeping that are shared by broadcasters and fans on social media - keeping eyes on the ball (no shit?), getting up with the ball, and so on.
However, there is very little detailed analysis on how most keepers move their hands and why some like MS Dhoni and Sarah Taylor did it better. I created this video to show the difference.
My first attempt at video analysis. I look at a subject of cricket I love - #wicketkeeping!
